1. Processing Times

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will typically become active within 3–5 business days.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on which warehouse they are coming from.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

[Attared] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from your refund.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to the sender due to an insufficient address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at [ support@attared.com ] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
